\nOn November 4, The\u00a0Students for Life of America blog<\/a> posted an article about\u00a0Mom Baby God<\/em>\u00a0a pro-abortion play that was written by an abortion supporter who went undercover to a Students for Life of America conference. According to the blog, the writer of the play was:<\/p>\n

“disturbed by how much enthusiasm there was for the pro-life issue amongst youth\u201d and she wanted to show those in her movement our enthusiasm to abolish abortion in order \u201cto wake up the pro-abortion movement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This pro-choice undercover activist set out to write the most pro-abortion play she could, hoping to motivate pro-choicers to become more active in the movement. But here\u2019s the interesting thing: <\/p>\n

The writer admitted during the Question & Answer session after the premiere that she had to rewrite several scenes of the play relating to fetal development, because they were actually causing her audience to question their pro-abortion beliefs.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That\u2019s the terrible problem that pro-choice activists have. The facts of fetal development and about abortion procedures are simply not in their favor. Modern technology shows the beauty of unborn babies at every stage of development.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

New 3-D ultrasound scans\u00a0<\/a>show unborn babies with remarkable clarity. We can see the delicate arms and legs, the little fingers and toes, even the expressions on the faces on the unborn babies. And it\u2019s not just \u00a0the beautiful ultrasound pictures \u2013 at sites like the\u00a0Endowment for Human Development<\/a>\u00a0you can see actual videos of unborn babies moving in the womb.<\/p>\n

You can see a six-week-old unborn child; you can watch her heartbeat, watch her move her hands; you can see the delicate fingers beginning to form. And now, of course,\u00a0sites like this one<\/a>\u00a0quote abortion providers describing the procedures they do. \u00a0We can read quotes and testimonials of abortion providers, both current and former,\u00a0describing how<\/a>\u00a0they tore the arms and legs off of developing babies and placed them in a stack on the table. We can read their descriptions of\u00a0pulling body parts off of suction cannulas<\/a>, \u00a0measuring the feet of aborted babies<\/a>, \u00a0and\u00a0watching unborn babies being torn apart on ultrasounds.<\/a>And if all that wasn\u2019t enough, we have the\u00a0pictures of the aborted babies<\/a>\u00a0where people can see, with their own eyes, the torn off arms and legs, the delicate tapering fingers, the crushed skulls of the aborted children.<\/p>\n

Modern technology shows the beauty of unborn babies at every stage of development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With all this evidence, all this proof, all this truth, it is very hard for pro-choicers to convince people that abortion does not kill babies. All you have to do is open your eyes and see.<\/p>\n

Reading the article the Students for Life of America blog, I was reminded of a quote that I discovered a few years ago in a pro-life book written by Janet L. Folger, a dedicated pro-life activist and speaker. Folger was describing how after a presentation at the University of Cincinnati, an angry pro-choice woman, with a little child in tow, began berating her about using the term \u201cbaby\u201d to describe unborn children.\u00a0What happened next\u00a0<\/a>is very revealing:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\u2019It\u2019s not a baby \u2013 it\u2019s a fetus!\u2019 She shouted! I assured her that the two words were synonymous, but she would have nothing of it. \u2018Quit calling it a baby!\u2019 she demanded. Right then, in the middle of our little \u2018discussion,\u2019 her young child, pointing to the fetal models on display, declared, \u2018Mommy! Look at the babies!\u2019 The child was yanked by the arm and as they briskly walked away, I could hear the child\u2019s mother say, \u2018We don\u2019t believe that.’<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Pro-choicers need to censor the truth whenever they can \u2013 or harden peoples\u2019 hearts to it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This is why Planned Parenthood\u00a0fights so hard\u00a0<\/a>to prevent women from seeing the sonogram when they are considering abortion. \u00a0This is why newspapers owned by pro-choice editors\u00a0refuse to allow pro-lifers to run ads<\/a>, even non-graphic, noncontroversial ones. \u00a0Why pro-choice groups and abortion providers\u00a0try to take down pro-life billboards<\/a>\u00a0and why universities\u00a0try to keep pro-lifers off campus<\/a>. They have to keep people from seeing the truth. Because it\u2019s getting to the point where people, if fully informed, can\u2019t deny that abortion kills babies. This is where the truth leads. Pro-choicers need to censor the truth whenever they can \u2013 or harden peoples\u2019 hearts to it.<\/p>\n
