All who hear of the case \u2014 the court-ordered castration<\/a> of a young boy and the criminalization of his father by feminist judges \u2014 are filled with horror and revulsion.\u00a0\u00a0How can such things be happening in America?<\/p>\n

And happening they are, routinely<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0It is critical to understand that this is not unusual or atypical.<\/p>\n

Younger\u2019s young son James will be \u2014 and may already have been \u2014 chemically castrated by court order.\u00a0\u00a0The mother and feminist judges want the boy to be a girl.<\/p>\n

What kind of society allows this?\u00a0\u00a0What kind of leaders permit this on their watch?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0What kind of journalists refuse to investigate it?[1]<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0What kind of scholars fail to explain it?\u00a0\u00a0What kind of citizens \u2014 and I mean ordinary Americans, like you and me \u2014 avert their eyes and hold their tongues and allow such atrocities to take place in their country, by their government, with their taxes?\u00a0\u00a0Why has it been allowed to get to this point?<\/p>\n

This is not some over-hyped anomaly that just came to my attention and inspired me to join the hype.\u00a0\u00a0I started writing about the horrors in family court over 25 years ago, and I published a book<\/a> describing the politics behind this madness almost two decades ago.\u00a0\u00a0(This was long before transgenderism became a prominent issue, it is worth noting.)\u00a0\u00a0One Amazon reader\u2019s response was typical:\u00a0\u00a0\u201cThis book is nothing short of horrifying.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Another wrote, \u201cThis book is almost too disturbing to read.\u201d<\/p>\n

I shared excerpts from this book with my fianc\u00e9e and eventually she asked me to stop because she too found what this book reveals so disturbing.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yet two decades later, no indignation has arisen from the larger society.\u00a0\u00a0That<\/em> is how it reached this point.<\/p>\n

The family law apparat <\/em>is the most repressive government machinery ever created in the United States.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0I and others have documented<\/a> this repeatedly, and no one has refuted it.\u00a0\u00a0Every major article of the Bill of Rights is routinely violated in family law.\u00a0\u00a0Higher courts, including federal courts, protect the family courts\u2019 chicanery<\/a> and refuse to require them to obey the Constitution, thus corrupting their own integrity as well.\u00a0\u00a0Legally innocent parents[2]<\/a> are forcibly separated from their children, stripped of everything they own, incarcerated without trial, and left homeless \u2014 all on a routine basis.\u00a0\u00a0No one denies this.<\/p>\n

This involves evils much more serious than just \u201cunfairness\u201d to fathers in child custody decisions.\u00a0\u00a0We have long known that the most likely environment for child abuse is single-mother homes.\u00a0\u00a0Yet judges create these homes every day by evicting legally innocent fathers from their families.\u00a0\u00a0This is how the lucrative child-abuse industry generates business.\u00a0\u00a0It is a classic example of bureaucracies creating a problem for themselves to solve.<\/p>\n

This has consequences far beyond a few disgruntled litigants.\u00a0\u00a0It not only will<\/em> destroy \u2014 it already is <\/em>destroying \u2014 the freedom of us all.\u00a0\u00a0The integrity of two fundamental institutions that are vital to our civilization has already been eviscerated \u2014 institutions without which no free or stable society can exist: the justice system and the family.<\/p>\n

No society can thrive without a judiciary that dispenses some semblance of justice.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0But American courts systematically dispense in<\/em>justice.\u00a0\u00a0It is no exaggeration to say that the criminals sit on the benches and condemn the law-abiding people to prison.\u00a0\u00a0Tolerating what many describe<\/a> as a system of organized crime in family court cannot help but poison the entire Judiciary, which is precisely what we now see on a national scale in today\u2019s \u201clawfare\u201d operations against political figures like Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

The decline of \u201cthe family\u201d has become a clich\u00e9 because organizations claiming to defend marriage and family values in fact do nothing, and some are part of the problem.\u00a0\u00a0They sensationalize homosexuality and transgenderism (which are more symptoms than causes),[3]<\/a> because icky things are what bring donations.\u00a0\u00a0Yet they also ignore what really destroys families directly and led to the homosexualist and transgenderist ascent: divorce, welfare, and family courts.\u00a0\u00a0These \u201cpro-family\u201d groups exist not to rescue families, but to build lucrative organizational fiefdoms.<\/p>\n

This case at last offers an opportunity to bring the larger problem to general attention.<\/p>\n

This is not a matter at which we can shake our heads and move on.\u00a0\u00a0We have no excuse for allowing this.\u00a0\u00a0It can be stopped fairly easily<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So, to answer my own question: Why do<\/em> we allow this?\u00a0\u00a0Quite simply \u2014 and I do not usually use such language \u2014 because we do not have any balls<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The castration of this boy is a metaphor for the castration of us all.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Unlike James Younger, however, we have ourselves allowed this to be inflicted on us.\u00a0\u00a0We passively allow ourselves to be feminized and emasculated<\/a> by feminists, social workers, lawyers, judges, psychotherapists, politicians, and the massive machinery that profits from involuntary and unilateral divorce.<\/p>\n

I address this message first and foremost to MAGA Republicans: what moral authority do any of us have to condemn the \u201cglobalists,\u201d the spreaders of pseudo-vaccines, the neocons for their wars in Ukraine and elsewhere, the FBI, intelligence agencies, prosecutors, and federal judges for their \u201clawfare\u201d operations and constitutional violations, when we permit this?\u00a0\u00a0In fact, these operatives very likely to have learned their techniques from the gangsters who operate the family courts.\u00a0\u00a0Family law operations and the welfare state from which they sprang provided the blueprint<\/a> for constructing the entire Deep State<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Crooked prosecutors like those who target Trump and his officials and supporters \u2014 prosecutors like Kamala Harris, in fact \u2014 learn their trade in family court by prosecuting child support cases<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0The \u201cassembly-line justice\u201d requires no intellect: robotic lawyers show meaningless numbers to robotic judges, who sign orders locking up the next dozen.<\/p>\n

It is easy to demonstrate, as I do in my recent book<\/a>, how the tyranny that has arisen to take control of the United States government over the last five years grew out of their operations.<\/p>\n

In violation of the Constitution, the federal government is deeply involved in family law operations<\/strong> and enables the chicanery, though it has no authority to be involved there at all.\u00a0\u00a0Republican politicians<\/a> \u2014 proclaiming their commitment to \u201cthe family\u201d \u2014 profit from it and contribute to it as much as Democrats.<\/p>\n

President-elect Trump\u2019s new Department of Government Efficiency offers an excellent opportunity to curtail this rogue government-within-a-government.\u00a0\u00a0By the same measure, fearing to take action and continuing to harbor a sector of government that is not only the most corrupt and invasive, but at whose hands millions of Americans have suffered grievous oppression, will undermine the integrity of not only the DOGE, but the entire Trump administration.\u00a0\u00a0And it will emasculate us all.<\/p>\n
